This weeks meditation will be in the Kiva
Join in for the whole hour, or come sit for whatever time you have—coming in and leaving quietly. Meditation Instruction can be offered, as all levels of meditation experience are welcome. We offer guided meditation practice, also walking meditation. If you are new to meditation and want to join us, come 10 minutes early for a short introduction.
